Microbiology is diverse, isn’t it?

We often talk about microbial diversity, but we don’t talk enough about microbiologist diversity. Following on from conversations I have had with lots of microbiologists over the last few days at FEMS Congress 2023, I’ve decided to set up a space to share resources that promote equity in microbiology.
